Return Policy ~ Customers can return Foldlite purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund, not including shipping cost. Upon receipt and inspection of you order, we request you contact Customer Service, for replacement of product considered damaged or defective. This gives us the opportunity to work with you in a reasonable manner to the satisfaction of all. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will pay freight on damaged or defective products that are returned in a timely manner.
